Financial Reports

Various financial reports are in the Fundamentals Tab.

To pull up a report, search for the stock symbol or company name in the ticker search box in the upper right corner. Choose to view Annual, Semi Annual or Quarterly data:

Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow

The Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports are available for all companies in the Fundamentals Tab.

Template View

For each of these reports, the data can be viewed in two templates: Standard (consistent across all companies) or Industry-Specific. Industries include banks, brokers, industrials, insurance, real estate, transportation, and utilities.

Data Type

The reports can be viewed in four ways: Dollars, Common Size, Year-Over-Year, and All:

Temporal Arrangement

Data can be arranged temporally from “new to old” or “old to new”. Click the arrows icon near the center of the report toggle between the two options:

Please note that there is potential for discrepancy between the Fundamentals tab (GAAP) and the Financial Block (non-GAAP) whenever we can get non-GAAP earnings that exclude certain items.

If there is not enough information to “normalize” the earnings or there are simply no unusual items to exclude, then the Fundamental tab and the Financial Block will match since we will use GAAP for both.

Ratios

The Ratios section compiles ratios on valuation, liquidity, activity, leverage, and profitability. The data may be sorted temporally using the arrows icon.

Stock Report

The Stock Report is a one-page summary sheet that includes a Datagraph chart, company information, current O’Neil Ratings, and profitability metrics.

Datagraph Periodicity

Customize the interval of the Stock Report Datagraph by clicking the periodicity name on the upper left corner of the report.

Pattern Recognition

Click PR at the top of the Stock Report Datagraph to turn Pattern Recognition on or off.

When the button is highlighted green, Pattern Recognition is turned on.

Printing the Stock Report

Click the Print icon at the top of the screen to print the Stock Report.

Thomson Reuters ™ First Call Reports

To access Thomson Reuters ™ First Call data click on the First Call Reports button located in the lower left corner of the page.

Click on the First Call Reports button to open the First Call web page in a separate browser.

The default view is the Consensus Earnings Estimates Report.
